I love helping people. I treat everyone as their own person with their own unique situation. The world is a big place, but I want to make the world around me a better place through my work. And have fun along the way!  

 
 
 

Where it began.

I have loved property since I was a kid, going to my first real estate conference in grade 12. In 2002 I was playing footy for the Reds - I had just bought my first unit in St Lucia for $130,000 and one day I was reading about Michael Hurley in the paper.

It was about how he bought his first house, used equity to buy a second and a third and so forth, to create a passive income. I noticed he mentioned that the ONE thing he said he couldn’t go without, was his Queensland Reds season tickets. Perfect!

I gave him a call and told him that I wanted to catch up. I met him at Jimmy’s on the Mall (I remember it like yesterday). I said: ‘If you can tell me how to buy more properties and how to create wealth the way you do, I’ll get you season tickets to the Reds and I’ll bring you to the change rooms to meet all the players’.

He loved the idea, and from that day on, he mentored me on everything I need to know.  Since then I’ve been around the block and done it myself.  I’ve sold over 825 properties, and I’ve bought and sold over 25 of my own, so I know how to do it right.

I work in real estate because I find true joy in helping people achieve their property, financial and personal goals. I love doing deals and I love being hands on. I love that every day is different. I love everything about it! Life is full of ups and downs and no two days are the same, so I like to treat everyone with a fresh perspective.

Life is not all about money, it’s about family, friendships, memories and experiences. But even though money isn’t everything, a house is something that should be taken seriously. It’s a lot of money you’re dealing with, you’ve spent your hard earned money and most importantly, decades of your precious time acquiring it. It would be a complete waste to get anything less than the best, and I’m just not going to let that happen to you. You need someone with experience to handle it for you, otherwise it’s just not worth it.
